    Pacific Medical Centers is seeking a skilled and compassionate Optometrist to join its dynamic team in Seattle, Washington.

     

    As the only optometry group within the Providence system in Washington, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering value-based care to a diverse patient population while enjoying a flexible schedule and robust professional support.

    Position Details:

    + Flexible FTE with a 4-day work week for optimal work-life balance

    + Monday to Friday schedule with a rotating on-call component

    + Become a part of the team that is the main optometry resource for the Providence system in Washington

    Compensation & Benefits:

    + Compensation is $139,903 and $262,067 per year

    + Comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental retirement, PTO and more

     

    _The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them._

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    + Must be a Doctor of Optometry (OD)

    + Experienced optometrists preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
