The **Disney Vacation Club Learning & Development Internship** is a 12-week immersive summer internship supporting the Disney Signature Experiences business.
Upon completion of the internship, interns have potential to be invited to participate in the full-time Disney Signature Experiences Rotational Program in summer 2027.
Currently seeking undergraduate juniors heading into their senior year, fall 2026.
The approximate date of this internship is May 2026 to August 2026 and will be located in Celebration, FL.
Responsibilities:
As a Disney Vacation Club Training and Development intern, you will support the team with current projects providing great guest service. On any given day you might:
+ Develop skills in a robust environment
+ Work on projects that will impact the business
+ Develop key leadership skills
+ Receive continued mentorship from peers and senior leaders
+ Lead projects independently or collaborative with peers and partners
+ Assist in the analysis of learning needs and determine learning goals for assigned programs
+ Develop and support classroom, virtual, or technology-based learning experiences to achieve learning goals and support important messages across Disney Vacation Club
+ Provide production support for meetings
+ Design evaluation strategies and metrics to track the impact of training content and facilitation
+ Facilitate new hire orientation
+ Audit learning management system data
Required Qualifications & Skills:
+ Experience in instructional design background to build learning programs and experiences
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to learn and apply technology tools
+ Instructional design experience
+ Graphics or video, multi-media experience
+ Passion for researching new instructing methods and applying them
+ Initiative to take action to resolve issues, accomplish tasks, and improve efficiency
+ Keen organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
+ Experience maintaining confidential information
+ Attention to detail
+ Enthusiastic and optimistic attitude with a record of building trust and partnerships with others
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience in Adobe Creative Suite or learning programs (i.e. Articulate 360, Storyline, etc.…)
+ Project Management experience
+ Field experience with technology management, web development, or e-learning
+ Prior knowledge of Disney Vacation Club
Education
+ **Must be a junior (rising senior during summer 2026) enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program.**
+ Currently enrolled in a college or university, working towards a Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Multi-Media or related field, Organizational Development, Human Development, Human Resources, Instructional Design, Communication Studies, Library Information Services, Counseling, Organizational Leadership, or Sociology.
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the requirements below:
+ Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
+ Be at least 18 years of age
+ Possess unrestricted work authorization
+ Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program
Additional Information
+ Be compliant with The Disney Look (http://disneycasting.net/downloads/wdpr/Disney\_Look\_Book.pdf) appearance guidelines
+ Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
+ Fully available from Monday - Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM Eastern Time Zone for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
+ Must be fully available for the duration of the internship
+ Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
+ Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Orlando, FL area

The pay rate for this role in Celebration, FL is $22.50 per hour.
