    Join the newest product line, Microelectronics, in BAE Systems, Inc. Electronic Sector s FAST LabsTM. Working in a highly collaborative environment to support our Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC) product area, you will make impacts by:

     

    + Perform quality assurance reviews (QARs)/ buy-off of MMIC and external wafer Lots produced by the MicroElectronics Center (MEC) for acceptance for program delivery or sell-off to an external customer.

    + Support FAI/PPV artifact generation with a focus on continuous improvement of the completeness and accuracy of timely submissions

    + Review documentation for completed MMIC lots against requirements and generate nonconformance records for misalignments.

    + Participate in the resolution of non-conformances and corrective actions to ensure robust and sustainable improvements

    + Monitor material in process and support FAI efforts for both wafers and MMICs.

    + Generating First Article Inspection / Production Part Verification (FAI/PPV) reports

     

    Because this role involved primarily collaborative/in-person work and support of production activities, it is an on-site position with a 4/10 schedule.

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    + High School Diploma

    + 2 years of experience

    + Collaborative attitude with ability to work in a cross functional environment

    + Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat

    + Understanding of AS9100 and AS9102, Aerospace First Article Inspection requirements

    + Must be able to obtain Secret security clearance

    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

    + Experience working with semiconductor manufacturing

    + Familiarity with MEC Foundry Command media

    + Working knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) (i.e., PROMIS, QMS Paperless, etc.)

    + Working knowledge of Enovia Product Logistics Management (PLM)

    + Active Secret security clearance

     

    Pay Information

     

    Full-Time Salary Range: $64723 - $103557

     

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
