Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of our Data Governance strategy and framework. This critical role will oversee all phases of the initiative—from vendor selection and design to full rollout—ensuring seamless alignment between internal business systems teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in managing data-centric projects, exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, and deep experience in business systems and data technologies. Responsibilities include driving project execution, managing vendor relationships, facilitating stakeholder communication, mitigating risks, and championing change management and user adoption across the organization.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

• 5+ years of project management experience, with a strong focus on data governance, data management, or data-related initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience working with third-party vendors and managing vendor relationships in complex project environments.

• Solid understanding of data governance concepts, frameworks, and best practices.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
