Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a Case Management Analyst to work for a client of ours in the Pasadena/Altadena area. The Analyst is responsible for managing a docket of cases through various milestones in the client’s case development journey. They will be cross-trained across all areas of case management. In addition to communication via calls, emails, and texts, the Analyst will assist clients in person when they visit the office. The Analyst will also collect and verify essential proof documentation necessary to substantiate the claim. Success is measured by maintaining complete and accurate case files, adhering to quality guidelines, meeting production goals and SLAs, and ensuring consistent client communication. Analysts will stay informed about the torts they are supporting and be ready to shift based on the settlement progression.

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelors Degree and 1 year of experience OR 5+ years of relevant experience
- 1+ years of legal, case management, mass tort or similar industry experience
- 1+ year in a customer service position
- 1+ year of previous experience handing heavy call volumes
- Ability to empathize with others
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Computer Savvy
- Intermediate Excel skills to gather data
- Ability to multitask and pivot easily in a position - Experience using a MacBook
- Experience using google suite applications
- Mass tort industry experience
