    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Product Growth Manager to work 5 days on-site in Hawthorne, CA at a cutting-edge space technology company that’s transforming how people access digital services across the globe. This team is building the backbone of a next-generation platform that supports high-demand applications in remote, urban, and enterprise environments. You’ll be part of a fast-moving group focused on scaling infrastructure, enhancing user experience, and driving innovation in a rapidly evolving industry.

    What You’ll Do

    • Build and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications.

    • Develop robust backend services and APIs using modern microservice architecture.

    • Contribute to the design of fault-tolerant systems that operate reliably at scale.

    • Work with internal stakeholders to launch new product features and improve customer acquisition flows.

    • Enhance observability and monitoring to support data-driven decisions.

    • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.

    Tech Stack

    • Backend: C#/.NET Core, Kubernetes, Docker

    • Frontend: Angular.js, React (Next.js)

    • Databases: PostgreSQL, SQL Server

    • DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, version control systems

     

    Salary Range: $125k - $180k

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 5+ years of professional software development experience

     

    - 3+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.

     

    - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks.

     

    - Experience with cloud-native development and container orchestration.

     

    - Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous delivery practices.

     

    - Space or Satellite Technology industry experience - Experience with Python, Go, Scala, or Java.

     

    - Knowledge of build tools (e.g., Make, Gradle, Bazel).

     

    - Background in performance optimization and profiling.

     

    - Exposure to regulated environments or global compliance systems.
