    Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer with both practical skills and strategic vision. The right candidate will influence stakeholders, apply a product-focused approach, and deliver cohesive user experiences aligned with platform objectives.

In this role, you'll lead design for complex, data-driven products—translating goals into clear strategies while working closely with product managers, engineers, and business teams to maintain a user-centered platform. You’ll act as both leader and contributor, balancing business requirements, user insights, and technical limits in your designs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end design from discovery through delivery—research, ideation, wireframes, prototypes, and usability validation.

    • Develop and communicate UX strategy and design roadmaps that balance short-term deliverables with long-term vision.

    • Drive stakeholder alignment, present designs persuasively, and gain buy-in at multiple levels of the organization.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, data, and business) to create scalable, intuitive experiences.

    • Conduct and synthesize user research, usability tests, and data analysis to inform design decisions.

    • Create user journeys, personas, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.

    • Design high-fidelity interactions and micro-interactions, including transitions, motion, and interactive demos.

    • Evolve and maintain a consistent design system and component library in Figma or equivalent tools.

    • Mentor other designers, participate in design critiques, and contribute to team growth and design culture.

    • Define and track key UX metrics; iterate based on both qualitative and quantitative user feedback.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to [email protected] learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in UX, product, or interaction design, ideally within SaaS or complex enterprise platforms.

    • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work—from research and strategy through to execution.

    • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and advocate for user-centered solutions.

    • Expertise in user research, usability testing, and synthesizing insights into actionable design outcomes.

    • Fluency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Framer.

    • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and front-end constraints.

    • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to present design decisions to executives and cross-functional audiences.

    • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and iterative product development environments. • Experience building or maintaining enterprise design systems and component libraries.

    • Knowledge of analytics, product metrics, or A/B testing for data-driven design iteration.

    • Experience in motion design, animation, or interactive prototyping.

    • Experience working in regulated, data-intensive, or multi-product domains (e.g., finance, HR, analytics).

    • Prior experience mentoring designers or contributing to design operations (DesignOps).

    • Experience with AI-assisted design workflows or integrating intelligent tools into UX workflows.

    • Professional certifications in UX or Product Design.
