Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and communicative TM1 Support Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role is a hybrid between application support and development, focused on sustaining and enhancing our IBM Cognos TM1 environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, functional understanding of financial processes (especially P&L), and excellent communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and project governance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily support for TM1 applications, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.

• Troubleshoot issues related to data loading, master data, transactional data, and cube processing.

• Analyze and resolve data mismatches across cubes and reports, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

• Collaborate with business users to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Communicate effectively with managers, directors, and governance teams to explain issues, proposed fixes, and change impacts.

• Participate in development activities to enhance TM1 models, processes, and integrations.

• Document and communicate change requests, LCAs, and deployment plans.

• Work closely with a Spanish-speaking user base, while maintaining strong English communication for project team interactions.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in TM1 development and support.

• Strong understanding of FP&A, especially P&L structures and revenue management principles.

• Experience in data flow, integration, and process architecture within TM1

• Proficiency in IBM Cognos TM1 / Planning Analytics.

• Experience with cube design, TI processes, rules, and data integration.

• Ability to analyze logs, debug errors, and optimize performance.

• Understanding of data governance, allocations, and reporting hierarchies.

• Strong communication skills—able to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

• Functional understanding of financial terminology and business processes.

• Fluent in Spanish; proficient in English for cross-functional collaboration. • Knowledge of FMCG and FP&A related data objects
