Job Description
This person is responsible for the architecture, execution, and ongoing optimization of our digital infrastructure. This includes full oversight of the CRM (Salesforce), AI systems, content automation, quoting tools, landing pages, and digital reporting pipelines to ensure leads are tracked, nurtured, converted, and monetized.
This role owns the entire digital and AI stack from first web interaction through payment and post-care engagement. Success in this position requires a unique blend of technical mastery, strategic thinking, revenue ownership, and creative innovation, bringing together sales, marketing, and operations into one high-impact technology role.
MISSION OF THE ROLE
To build and manage an intelligent digital ecosystem that drives revenue by capturing, quoting, and closing leads across all channels while deploying AI tools and dashboards to empower cross-functional performance.

• Proven success in implementing AI-powered lead funnels and digital revenue capture
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
