Overview
We’re seeking a mid-level Finance Project Manager with a strong cross-functional mindset and a specific focus in finance. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in collaborative environments and can support complex audit and financial system initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Support the accounting department’s audit lead in managing a large-scale PCAOB audit project.
Coordinate across multiple functions and external audit providers/consultants to ensure alignment and timely execution.
Maintain and monitor project timelines, governance mechanisms, and stakeholder inputs.
Serve as a liaison between finance and other departments, ensuring all parties have the resources and information needed.
Potentially assist with financial system projects, championing finance stakeholder needs while IT leads the technical implementation.
This role pays between $75-85 per hour

Skills and Requirements
Qualifications
Proven experience managing or supporting PCAOB audit projects.
Comfortable working with multiple external partners simultaneously.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while reporting to a senior accounting lead.
Flexibility to work East Coast hours regardless of location within the U.S.
