    Job Description

    Our customer in the Financial Industry is looking to bring on a Data Engineer to support their efforts to build an Enterprise Data Warehouse. The team is expanding rapidly and are in need of a candidate that has strong experience writing Python/Pyspark as well as experience creating models using PowerBI for visualizations. This role will be 50/50 Engineering and Visualization.

    Skills and Requirements

    A bachelor’s or master’s degree in data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or informatics.

     

    5+ years of experience in data engineering, in data analytics, business intelligence, or visualization development.

     

    Proven expertise in Python development or Pyspark

     

    Proven experience utilizing PowerBI for visualization and model development

     

    Experience working with large datasets and ensuring efficient data processing.

     

    Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings into business-friendly insights.

     

    Willingness to go onsite 5 days a week Working experience with MS Fabric

     

    Working experience with Databricks
