    Insight Global is seeking a hands-on RPA Technical Lead to support its Fortune 500 manufacturing client. This role will lead the RPA development team, provide technical guidance, and ensure delivery of scalable automation solutions using UiPath. The ideal candidate will combine leadership, architecture, and development expertise to drive operational efficiency and digital transformation.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -7+ Years RPA development Experience

     

    -Experience in AI/ML

     

    -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

     

    -5+ years of experience in IT development, with 3+ years in RPA using UiPath.

     

    -UiPath Advanced Developer Certification preferred.

     

    -Strong understanding of RPA architecture, bot lifecycle, and deployment strategies.

     

    -Experience with cloud platforms and system integration patterns.

     

    -Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and scripting languages like Python or VB.NET.

     

    -Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

     

    -Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. -Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial automation environments.

     

    -Exposure to other RPA tools (e.g., Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).

     

    -Experience with attended/unattended bot orchestration and governance.
