Job Description

• Manage 15–17 unique requisitions, including 4 AVP and 2 VP roles (approximately)

• Source, screen, and submit candidates daily (expect few submittals per day)

• Disposition applicants and maintain accurate records

• Update and manage ATS workflows and reports

• Communicate sourcing strategy clearly to management and hiring teams

• Collaborate with hiring managers (primarily on the IT side) to refine job requirements

• Support tech and mortgage hiring initiatives

• Ensure roles are filled within the 35-day time-to-hire window

• Contribute to the long-term success of the organization through strategic hiring

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of full-desk recruiting experience

• Proven success in sourcing (not reliant on inbound applicants)

• Strong skills in candidate dispositioning, reporting, and ATS management

• Ability to run a full desk and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Comfortable working with tech-savvy candidates and hiring managers

• Experience with time-to-hire metrics • Familiarity with ICIMS or similar ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, SmartRecruiters)

• Background in corporate recruiting or enterprise environments

• Experience recruiting for:

o Program Managers

o Process Improvement Leads

o Scrum Masters

o AVP/VP-level roles

• Ability to contribute to hiring narratives and strategic initiatives
