    Job Description

    An employer in the Dayton, OH, area is seeking Full Stack Software Engineers for a contract to hire opportunity. These individuals will join a development team focused on modernizing legacy applications. This role involves full lifecycle software development, with an emphasis on engineering web-based solutions and integrating them into a cloud-based microservice architecture. Team members will work independently and within an Agile environment to meet delivery timelines, solve complex technical challenges, and collaborate with designers and engineers to build and refine software systems. Regular progress updates will be shared internally. This is a full-time, on-site position (5/40 or 9/80 schedule), and candidates must be eligible to obtain a TS/SCI government security clearance.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Ability to obtain a Security clearance (TS/SCI)

     

    Bachelor’s Degree or 6 years of experience in lieu of.

     

    3+ years of experience in software development (full stack)

     

    Experience with Java and Springboot

     

    Experience with Angular or React (Angular preferred) Master’s Degree

     

    Active Security clearance

     

    Experience with Relational, Graph and Document NoSQL databases

     

    Experience with back-end development frameworks such as Spring, NodeJS, Django

     

    DevOps or DevSecOps experience
