    40 hours per week

    12 months per school year

     

    Initial hours of assignment: 3:00 pm - 11:30pm (Monday - Friday) (inclusive of ½ hour unpaid lunch)

    Responsibilities:

    Performs miscellaneous manual work in an office, on the grounds, or about the building; does related work as required.

    Requirements:

    + Ability to perform Ground Care duties - Mow lawns, weeding, snow shoveling.

    + Ability to do manual and unskilled maintenance repair work.

    + Ability to perform unskilled work repairing mechanical equipment and heating systems.

    + Ability to do minor electrical and plumbing repairs.

    + Ability to move furniture, load and unload trucks, good physical condition, strength & stamina.

    Preferred:

    + Ability to perform routine cleaning.

    + Elementary education.

    + Able to run errands to make deliveries and pickups.
