The role you'll contribute:
The Executive Director Organizational Effectiveness & Culture is responsible for leading and executing strategies that ensures organizational culture is consistently aligned with AdventHealth's mission, vision, values and service standards. The Executive Director leads the sustainment and overall alignment of Org Development and Effectiveness, Learning and Leadership Development, Engagement: Culture and Wellness, and Talent Planning across AdventHealth Central Florida Division South. In this role, the Executive Director creates and sustains a culture of high engagement and belonging at AdventHealth Central Florida Division South that starts on day one, positively impacts team member retention and delivers on our Team Member Promise. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
The value you'll bring to the team:
+ Develops and leads all strategic planning efforts and organizational program execution that impacts the Org Development and Effectiveness, Learning and Leadership Development, Engagement: Culture and Wellness, and Talent Planning across AdventHealth Central Florida Division South
+ Accountable for hiring, development, and performance management of the team.
+ Leads a team focused on executing a system-wide learning and talent development strategy, which fosters growth and development for all levels of team members with a constant focus on elevating skills needed for future roles.
+ Drives talent development, technology and organizational strategies that help achieve business goals and objectives applying integrative thinking and consultative support to the business.
+ Works directly with Senior Executives to ensure alignment of processes. Partners with corporate leadership development, hospital campuses, business entities, and system functions to ensure continuous improvement and targeted development planning.
+ Oversees leadership development programming and experiential development plans; Provides coaching and mentoring to leaders as needed.
The expertise and experience you'll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Business Management, or related field
+ 7 years leadership experience
+ 10 years relevant working experience, including Healthcare and Human Resources
+ PHR or SHRM-CP
+ SPHR or SHRM-SCP
+ Organizational Development, Culture, Change Management, Organizational Leadership, Organization Design Upon Hire
Preferred qualifications:
+ Masters degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Business Management, or related field
+ Leadership or professional development certifications (Human Capital Institute or Association for Talent Development Coaching Certificate, Six Sigma, Project Management) Upon Hire
