    The role you will contribute:

    The Leadership Institute exists to identify, nurture and develop leaders for AdventHealth.

     

    As a critical member of the Leadership Institute team, the Manager of Operations will be responsible for the ongoing planning and support activities across all programs. He or she will lead program support in the following areas:

     

    + Relationship management and program support

    + Analytics and metrics strategy

    + Facility management

    + Processes and workflows

    + Operational budget

    Essential Functions

    Relationship management and program support

     

    Manage relationships with the Program Directors and other key stakeholders for the Leadership Institute across AdventHealth.

     

    Manage vendor and consultant partnerships through effective communication, ensuring accurate system entry, contract documentation, and invoicing support.

     

    Collaborate with all levels of leadership within the organization to align key initiatives and work with Leadership Institute leaders and teams to advise on measurement strategies, support the tracking of program outcomes, and develop impact reports for stakeholders.

     

    Analytics and Metrics Strategy

     

    Develop methods and tools to measure strategy, program, and training initiative impact and effectiveness across the organization.

     

    Create and maintain analytics strategy including building dashboards and reporting for critical Leadership Institute initiatives, including Leadership Institute Steering Committee, leveraging Power BI and other data collection and display tools where appropriate.

     

    Collaborate with departments across AdventHealth to align data tracking related to Leadership Institute impact, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and reproducibility; serve as a thought partner in identifying opportunities to strengthen and deepen the organizations metrics strategy.

     

    Facility Management

     

    Oversee the aesthetics and operational functions of the Leadership Institute facility.

     

    Create and maintain processes for reserving, supporting, and facilitating use by other departments.

     

    Ensure efficient and effective delivery of support services for Leadership Institute events and for departments it serves, including event management, operations, maintenance, and inventory management.

     

    Processes and Workflows

     

    Create and execute continuous process improvement efforts that continue to define and align the Leadership Institute learning experience.

     

    Lead efforts in creating workflows and standardization through process, communication, tools and resources across all programs and offerings.

     

    Operational Budget Management

     

    Assist with basic accounting activities, including budget tracking, monthly variance reporting, and invoice reconciliation for Leadership Institute operations.

     

    Partner with Leadership Institute leaders to advise on budget status and provide guidance that supports informed decision-making around program and operational spending.

    The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

    Bachelors degree in business, Management, Organizational Development, Leadership, or related field

    3 years of experience in healthcare, leadership development or related field

    2 years Managerial experience in related field

     

    Demonstrated leadership, personal influence, and people management skills.

     

    Proven ability to interact with all levels of management, including senior executives.

     

    Strong verbal and written communication skills.

     

    Working knowledge of basic accounting principles, budget tracking, and vendor management.

     

    Able to adapt to changing demands.

     

    Willing to take initiative and lead projects with little supervision.

     

    Able to toggle between strategic development and tactical execution.

     

    Skilled at building relationships across multiple departments and reporting lines.

     

    Skilled in supervising and coaching staff.

     

    Experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.

     

    Effective computer skills, with particular proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office 365).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Masters degree in business, Management, Organizational Development, Leadership, or related field

     

    Experience in healthcare business

     

    Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, or similar operations-related certification

     

    Power BI Data Analyst or relevant analytics certification
