### Job Duties

Review work orders, specifications, and priming requirements.

Retrieve and prepare parts using forklifts, cranes, or trucks.

Operate the PBC Autoblast System to achieve required finishes.

Mix and apply primer using an air-assisted spray system.

Inspect primed parts to ensure quality standards are met.

Perform minor maintenance on blasting and priming equipment.

Properly handle and label hazardous waste materials.

Maintain inventory of primers, thinners, and related materials.

Provide guidance to less experienced team members.

### Minimum Education Required

High School Diploma or equivalent.

### Minimum Experience Required

2–4 years of experience with blasting, priming, or painting equipment (preferred).

Experience operating forklifts, spray guns, power washers, and the PBC Autoblast system.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on the production floor full-time.

Strong attention to detail and safety.

Comfortable with computers and handheld scanners.
