The GSB Admissions Office of the Stanford Graduate School of Business seeks an MBA Enrollment Program Manager. The Program Manager will oversee all aspects of MBA enrollment activities, ensuring admitted students receive the information and support they need to make confident, well-informed enrollment decisions.The Program Manager also collaborates closely with the Central Programs and Global Admissions teams, and ambassadors (current students and alumni) to facilitate a smooth transition from admission to enrollment, and foster meaningful connections between admitted students and the broader GSB community. The Program Manager will monitor and analyze our enrollment and ambassador efforts to track efficacy and identify opportunities for enhancement.
Your primary responsibilities* include:
+ Independently implement, administer and evaluate day-to-day activities of the unit, function or program by identifying and executing tasks and objectives, making recommendations that impact policies and programs, and assigning resources to achieve the goals of the program.
+ Build and send weekly reports to a team of admissions officers.
+ Create start of round assignments, conduct quality control checks on assignments, and partner with admissions officers to launch start of round enrollment activities.
+ Monitor ambassador engagement.
+ Collect and analyze enrollment and ambassador data, create reports, review and explain trends; use data to formulate and evaluate solutions and/or recommendations to improve enrollment experience and to address any trends that surface.
+ Identify high level trends and share observations with key stakeholders.
+ Update ambassador records to maintain accurate data.
+ Revise and execute enrollment procedures.
+ Represent the MBA Admissions Office as thekey contact and subject matter expertwithin the department and for newly admitted students and enrollment ambassadors.
+ Provide additional support to admitted students considering multiple MBA programs.
+ Maintain regular correspondence with student and alumni welcome callers and update admitted student records .
+ Primary point of contact for matters related to joint/dual degrees and deferrals.
+ Liaison for GSB and Stanford departments regarding enrolling students
+ Organize and/or participate in admitted student activities that may include developing communications, planning/promoting events such as virtual admit events and receptions.
+ In partnership with the student ambassador program manager, organize 2-3 virtual student-led chats for admitted students per round.
+ Provide event support for events such as Admit Weekend and local receptions. This may include preparing, printing, and organizing event materials, sourcing student volunteers and venues, and providing pre- and post-event logistical support.
+ May direct staff to perform various tasks and assignments relating to the MBA enrollment.
+ In partnership with the Central Programs, liaise with alumni chapters to support admitted students.
+ Provide support to other MBA Admissions teams as needed.
To be successful in this position, you will bring:
+ Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
+ Demonstrated ability to prioritize own work and multi-task.
+ Demonstrated excellent organizational skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership of projects.
+ Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
+ Ability to routinely and independently exercise sound judgment in making decisions.
+ Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a team.
+ Relevant subject matter knowledge.
In addition, preferred requirements include:
+ Functional experience in operations, program management, or customer service is desirable.
+ Experience in admissions, financial aid, or higher education is also desirable.
This role is open to candidates anywhere in the United States. Stanford University hasfive Regional Pay Structures. The compensation for this position will be based on the location of the successful candidate.
The expected pay range for this position at 100%FTE is $65,281 - $104,687per annum for remote positions.
The expected pay range for this position at 100% FTE is $100,023 to $124,516per annum for on-site/hybrid positions.
