Responsibilities:
+ **Identity Management:** Oversee and manage enterprise identity and access solutions (Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta), ensuring secure and seamless user experiences.
+ **Monitoring and Alerting** : Build out and refine the monitoring and alerting capabilities of internal corporate tools and resources to improve visibility and resolution times.
+ **Networking:** Manage and monitor core networking services (DHCP, DNS, switching, routing) to ensure secure, high-performance connectivity across global office locations and multiple time zones.
+ **Automation:** Design and implement automation solutions for system management, infrastructure deployment, remediation, and integrations to improve efficiency, availability, and to reduce manual overhead.
+ **Project Management:** Lead end-to-end infrastructure initiatives, aligning technical solutions with business needs and timelines.
+ **System Administration:** Optimize Mac, Windows, and Linux environments for high availability, reliability, and performance at scale.
+ **Communication:** Act as a trusted liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, providing clear updates and facilitating timely issue resolution.
Requirements:
+ U.S. citizenship required due to government contract obligations
+ Must be located in and authorized to work in the United States to meet government contract requirements
+ Experience deploying and managing resources in a multi-cloud environment (AWS, GCP, Azure).
+ Proficiency in automation/scripting (Python, Powershell, Bash etc.) to streamline processes.
+ Experience with infrastructure as code and standardized configuration tools (Terraform, Chef, Ansible, SaltStack)
+ Familiarity with working within Git repositories for code and infrastructure deployments, ideally including experience with creating and managing branches, fetching remote updates, submitting pull requests, merging changes, and resolving merge conflicts
+ Strong knowledge of identity management systems (Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace).
+ Proven expertise in cross-platform system administration (Mac, Windows, Linux).
+ Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, switching, routing) in multi-site environments.
+ Strong communication and project management skills, especially in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with MDM deployments at enterprise scale.
+ Hands-on experience with VPN technologies.
+ Background in scaling infrastructure across global, distributed teams.
+ Strong experience with wireless access point configuration and troubleshooting
+ Experience creating integrations, queries, and alerts with log aggregation/management tools
+ Experience utilizing key metrics to create custom dashboards
