• Assistant Salon Manager

    ### Job Duties

    Multiple openings. Oversee the spa and salon, under the direct supervision of the Manager and Owners. Services at the salon include pedicures, manicures, waxing, and facials. Schedule, direct, and oversee the nail technicians. Open and/or close the salon. Check spa and salon equipment, participate in developing marketing strategies, monitor inventory, monitor staff for compliance with health and hygiene standards under supervision of Salon Manager and Owners, and cover the front desk as needed (communicate with customers, schedule appointments, sell products and services).

     

    ### Minimum Education Required

    Associate's degree in business or a related field

    ### Minimum Experience Required

    6 months of full or part-time work experience at a salon in any position.
