    At the Office of Student Conflict Resolution (OSCR), we believe every member of our campus community deserves to learn and grow free from sexual abuse, harm, and the fear of violence. Our mission is to Build Trust, Promote Justice, and Teach Peace, and we know that preventing harm before it occurs is just as important as responding after it happens. This position exists because sexual abuse is preventable, not inevitable.

    As the Assistant Director for SGBM Response, you will play a central role in this vision by leading programs that:

    + Prevent future harm through education, skill-building, and healthy relationship development

    + Reduce recidivism by engaging with those who have caused harm, holding them accountable, and supporting change

    + Strengthen community safety by building partnerships, promoting dialogue, and leading restorative processes

    Responsibilities*

    + Supervise up to two Program Managers responsible for Adaptable Resolution, STARRSA Active Psychoeducation, and Review & Reintegration.

    + Oversee case delegation and management of Adaptable Resolution, psychoeducational interventions, and reintegration processes.

    + Develop and refine policies, procedures, and services that foster ethical decision-making, accountability, and student development.

    + Coordinate and deliver training for staff, facilitators, interns, and community members involved in SGBM processes.

    + Strengthen OSCR's visibility through media, outreach, and Student Life communications.

    + Report to the Associate Director of OSCR and support day-to-day operations.

    Required Qualifications*

    + Master's degree in higher education, student affairs, social work, conflict resolution, or related field.

    + Minimum three (3) years of professional experience in SGBM response, student conduct, Title IX, or related higher education contexts.

    + Content and facilitation expertise in restorative practices, trauma-responsive practices, conflict transformation, student development, community development, and engagement (or related fields).

    + Experience with organizational and program design

    + Experience with supervision

    + Experience supporting individuals impacted by SGBM and trauma.

    Desired Qualifications*

    + Proficiency with Advocate or similar student conduct databases.

    + Proven record of assessment, program evaluation, and data-informed decision making.

    + Proven results with group facilitation, performance, and team management.

    + Advanced knowledge of and experience working with diverse populations, with an emphasis on multicultural, LGBTQ, underrepresented, and underserved populations, with strong cultural competence.

    + Experience designing and implementing trauma-informed and multipartial facilitation and dialogic processes.

    + Demonstrated leadership in restorative or educational resolution practices.

    + Professional involvement through publications, presentations, or association leadership.

    + Experience with budget management and resource allocation.

    + Nuanced understanding of the various forms of SGBM (stalking, intimate-partner violence, sexual assault, gender-based harassment, and sexual harassment), and the dynamics contributing to the perpetration of violence.

    + Nuanced understanding of gender, sexuality, and sexual education.

    Working Conditions:
