PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a **Business Process Analyst** to support our global aerospace partner’s Fulfillment Process & Performance team. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead the implementation of the **Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS)** —a game-changer for Commercial Airplanes Assembly & Installation warehouses.

What You’ll Do:

+ **Lead Change:** Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve, implement, and standardize business processes across warehouse operations.

+ **Become a WMS Expert:** Master Manhattan WMS and integrate it with systems like ERPLN/SAP, CMES, and KITS.

+ **Power System Launches:** Support the full WMS rollout lifecycle—configuration, testing, training, go-live, and auditing.

+ **Drive Decisions:** Deliver powerful data-driven insights and present your findings to senior leaders and executive stakeholders.

+ **Solve Complex Challenges:** Tackle nuanced business issues and provide strategic WMS solutions.

+ **Standardize Excellence:** Create SOPs, develop training for site trainers, and set the gold standard for warehouse operations.

+ **Partner for Success:** Work side-by-side with IT, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure successful system adoption and impact.

What You Bring:

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

+ Proven experience with **Warehouse Management Systems** (Manhattan preferred)

+ Hands-on involvement in **WMS software implementations**

+ Understanding of **warehouse operations, logistics** , and supply chain flows

+ Experience with **production support, data warehousing** , or **business intelligence**

+ Strong presentation skills—especially with executive-level audiences

+ Deep understanding of **agile methodologies** and software development life cycles

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in **logistics, transportation** , or **aerospace supply chain**

+ Expertise in **inventory management systems** , compliance, and performance metrics

**Pay Details:** $56.92 per hour
