**Location:** Wichita, KS 67210
**Job Type:** Full-time; Consultant (6 months)
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday; **Must be available for any shift** – 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift operations
**Pay Rate:** $41- $42 per hour

What You’ll Do:
+ **Be the Gatekeeper of Quality:** Inspect complex airframe components and assemblies using specialized tools, blueprints, and manuals to ensure every part meets the highest aerospace standards.
+ **Drive Precision:** Perform detailed inspections, accept or reject parts, and oversee manufacturing processes to maintain flawless quality control.
+ **Keep Us Flying Right:** Accurately document inspection results, certifications, and quality records to support airworthiness and compliance.
+ **Collaborate Across Teams:** Work closely with production, engineering, and customer reps to ensure every detail aligns with project specs and timelines.
+ **Operate with Excellence:** Use testing equipment and precise measurement tools to calculate results and verify quality every step of the way.
+ **Support Innovation:** Identify areas for process improvement, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and uphold certification standards.
What You Bring to the Team:
+ 5+ years of aerospace airframe assembly inspection experience
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
+ Skilled in using high-precision measuring tools and specialized inspection equipment
+ Experience with Quality Management Systems and procedures
+ Comfortable working with MS Office and SAP
+ Strong communication skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to obtain and maintain all required certifications
Bonus Points For:
+ Prior experience with 737 airframe/fuselage inspections
+ Expertise in writing NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports)
+ A background in high-volume aerospace production

**Pay Details:** $41.00 to $42.00 per hour
