Job Summary
As the Senior Associate Director, Digital Strategy & Delivery, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for executing complex digital programs across multiple work streams. You will implement the digital strategy infrastructure roadmap and directly manage a team of business analysts and web developers.
With the direction of the Executive Director (ED), you will have project oversight from start to finish. You will manage all development applications including requirements definition, vendor evaluation, strategic systems planning, process reengineering, development, documentation, release management, and production support.

Responsibilities*
Project Management (40%)
+ Lead cross-functional teams in managing complex projects.
+ Oversee full project lifecycle, ensuring task prioritization and adherence to timelines.
+ Apply technical expertise in SDLC and project management methodologies.
Team Management (40%)
+ Manage a multidisciplinary team, including business systems analysts, web application developers, product owners, and subject matter experts.
+ Support decision-making on overall team operations, including strategic planning, budgeting, and operational objectives.
+ Responsible for hiring, training, and professional development of team members; working with Executive Director to guide development of the employees and their professional trajectory.
Stakeholder & Client Management (20%)
+ Represent the Digital Infrastructure team to internal and external audiences, establishing strong relationships with stakeholders.
+ Facilitate meetings and negotiations to align with organizational goals.
+ Provide consulting and customer service focused on understanding and satisfying customer needs.
Required Qualifications*
+ Over 7 years of experience in team management and business processes, including application systems analysis, development, and testing.
+ Experience interviewing and documenting business processes and user stories within agile teams.
+ Competent in Agile and other project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum) and familiar with UML for process modeling.
+ Proficient in technology infrastructure and interface analysis, facilitating data sharing for goals.
+ Knowledgeable in user experience (UX) principles and usability.

Modes of Work
This position is based in Ann Arbor, MI and is eligible for Onsite and Hybrid work modes.
Positions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department.
