    Our Data and Systems Integration Division is seeking an experienced Operations Officer with current TS/SCI with polygraph in Mclean, VA.  Must have prior operational certification, multiple foreign field tours, and solid DO operational and technical experience. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of operational success conducting and leading HUMINT overseas. Must be highly motivated and mission-oriented with an understanding of tradecraft to help determine and test solutions for an evolving technical threat. Must be able to conduct and manage operations to serve as an advisor on the Client program.

    Required Qualifications:

    + DO HUMINT operations certification.

    + Deep understanding of client-specific tradecraft principles.

    + 20+ years of experience successfully conducting and leading operations

    + Experience and demonstrated interest in modern mitigation efforts.

    + Demonstrated ability to successfully lead initiatives that cross multiple stakeholders.

    + Demonstrated ability to review extensive data, identify trends, and prioritize stakeholders.

    + Excellent verbal and written skills, particularly the ability to document and convey complex information clearly and completely, often to an audience who does not use the same lexicon or may have a different background.

    + Strong analytic, critical thinking and writing skills, to include cable writing.

    + Demonstrated ability to analyze, prioritize, solve, work several tasks simultaneously, and meet short suspense deadlines in often stressful situations.

    Desired Qualifications:

    + Demonstrated mastery of technical operations, technical targeting, or cyber tradecraft

    + Knowledge and experience utilizing technical capabilities

    + Previous experience working with partner services on joint projects.
