    About the Role

    As a **Material Handler,** you’ll perform a variety of warehouse functions including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control. You’ll operate material handling equipment and ensure accurate and timely movement of goods to support production and customer fulfillment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Pick customer orders using RF scanners and order picklists

    + Group and transport parts to packing stations with accuracy

    + Verify order completeness before packing and resolve discrepancies

    + Perform shipping and receiving tasks including inspection, documentation, and labeling

    + Maintain accurate records of shipments and receipts

    + Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment

    + Perform system transactions and corrections as needed

    + Collaborate with internal teams to resolve delivery issues

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area

    Required Qualifications

    + Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment

    + Experience with stand-up or reach trucks (preferred)

    + Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Effective written and verbal communication skills

    + Ability to follow basic instructions and meet deadlines

    + Basic math skills and ability to ensure data accuracy

    + Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

    + Must wear long pants and steel-toe shoes

    + $1,000 at 14 days with perfect attendance

    + $1,000 at 60 days

    + $1,000 at 90 days

    **Pay Details:** $18.50 per hour
