With continued growth and high patient demand, Henry Ford Health System's Department of Family Medicine is seeking a board eligible/certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join an established practice at Henry Ford Medical Center - Ford Road in Dearborn, MI. Physicians who join the Henry Ford Medical Group are employed and work exclusively for the Group.

+ This position will involve outpatient clinical care – Full spectrum primary care.

+ Experience with older adults and complex care a plus

+ Willingness to engage in team-based care including collaboration with case management, clinical pharmacists, APPs, and other staff for high value care.

+ Opportunity for collaboration, education of medical students, residents, as well as participation in research

+ Work schedule consists of non-traditional hours. Monday thru Friday including one Saturday per month.

+ Partners with other team members to foster and champion an inclusive workplace culture.

+ Demonstrates a strong commitment to JEDI principles.

+ Must be board certified or eligible in Family Medicine

+ Residency/Fellowship training by an ACGME/AOA accredited program is required
