This entry-level role involves hands-on problem-solving, monitoring process performance, and contributing to plant optimization initiatives. The associate will help maintain technical specifications, support audits, and assist with root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Collaboration across teams and timely completion of assigned tasks are key to driving continuous improvement and meeting business objectives.

What You’ll Do:

+ Learn and apply technical solutions to meet product and process quality standards.

+ Understand and follow current procedures and standards while contributing to system and process improvements.

+ Document work using appropriate tools and bring creative, innovative ideas to assigned tasks.

+ Collaborate across teams to enhance quality systems and reduce risk.

+ Apply standard problem-solving tools and techniques to deliver business objectives.

+ Use data analysis methods to address well-defined challenges and make informed decisions.

+ Work in a collaborative environment that encourages cross-functional teamwork and continuous learning.

+ Learn and apply project management fundamentals to support small-scale projects.

+ Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects using established tools and risk management practices.

+ Resolve project-related conflicts and contribute to successful project outcomes across teams.

What We’re Looking For:

+ Bachelors degree in Science/Technology/Engineering/Math. Due to legal requirements Latin America candidates must possess Engineering Degree.

+ Ability to apply systematic problem solving tools/techniques and understand/troubleshoot equipment and process problems.
