The Production Scheduling Manager will lead our Production Scheduling team in delivering exceptional results at our Electronics Manufacturing Facility. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environment, has expertise in Deltek Costpoint, and excels at building and executing production schedules that keep complex programs on track. The Production Scheduling Manager will oversee scheduling, resource planning, and performance tracking across multiple programs, ensuring efficient use of shared manufacturing resources while maintaining a strong focus on quality, delivery and cost.

Primary Responsibilities
+ _Lead and develop the Production Scheduling Team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence._
+ _Oversee critical shortage reporting and material expediting for Manufacturing Order readiness resolution._
+ _Partner with Operations, Program Management, and Supply Chain teams to align schedules with material availability, resource capacity, and program priorities._
+ _Conduct and lead Program Status Meetings representing production scheduling commitments with internal stakeholders and external customers._
+ _Perform capacity analysis in collaboration with Business Development to support proposals and new program onboarding._
+ _Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (e.g., on-time delivery, schedule adherence, throughput, WIP aging)._
+ _Manage performance evaluations, coaching, and training to support team growth and skill development._
+ _Champion Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, Leader Standard Work) and drive adoption of best practices in scheduling and production control._
+ _Utilize MS Excel, MS Project, and ERP data to support scheduling, reporting, and decision-making._
Basic Qualifications
+ _Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience, or a Masters degree with 3+ years of prior relevant work experience. Additionally the candidate should have 2+ years supervising or leading teams or projects_
+ _Strong working knowledge of Deltek Costpoint or similar ERP system in a manufacturing environment._
+ _Experience with multi-resource scheduling in electronics or complex assembly manufacturing._
+ _Familiarity with AS9100 aerospace quality standards._
+ _Proficiency with MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and MS Project (or equivalent scheduling software)._
+ _Demonstrated application of Lean Manufacturing principles and Root Cause Analysis tools (Fishbone, 5 Why, etc.)._
+ _Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment._
+ _Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and present to senior stakeholders._
+ _Ability to develop a production schedule from the ground up, with or without established milestones._
+ _Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Final Secret Clearance._
Preferred Qualifications
+ _Experience leading Production scheduling in a high-mix, low-volume environment with shared resources._
+ _Experience with ERP and scheduling systems to drive automation, data accuracy, and real-time visibility._
+ _Background in capacity modeling and what-if scenario planning._
+ _APICS CPIM (Certified in Planning and Inventory Management) or equivalent professional certification preferred_

Pay Range:
Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
