    Position Summary...

     

    The Manager, People Partner Excellence will serve as a key partner within our organization, responsible for collaborating with People Partners, executing, and enhancing cyclical and routine work, driving continuous improvement and innovation, enabling data-driven decision making, and fostering collaboration and influence. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the business by enabling our People Partners across Global Tech and Corporate function.

    What you'll do...

     

    + **Collaborate with People Partners:** You will work closely with People Partners, who are the key stakeholders in delivering to the business. Your role will involve executing work that create capacity in the workload of People Partners, allowing them to focus on their strategic responsibilities.

    + **Executing and enhancing cyclical and routine work:** You will be responsible for executing and enhancing cyclical and routine work across Global Tech and Corporate functions people processes.Your role will involve driving consistency in processes across Global Tech and Corporate Functions, gathering feedback, and providing support to ensure smooth and efficient execution to the business.

    + **Continuous Improvement and Innovation** - As a key member of the team, you will be expected to provide valuable insights and recommendations on how to streamline and improve existing processes. Your ability to identify areas for efficiency gains and propose innovative solutions will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by actively driving process efficiency and identifying root cause solutions.

    + **D** **ata-driven Decision Making:** As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in enabling data-driven decision making. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and provide them with the necessary insights to make informed decisions.

    + **Collaboration and Influence:** Effective collaboration and influence skills will be essential in this role. You will collaborate with cross-functionally and with stakeholders to deliver a consistent experience by standardizing processes that can be consistently executed across Global Tech and Corporate Functions People teams.

    Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities.
