    What you'll do

    Manages communications with internal and external partners across multiple channels to drive product development initiatives by:

    • Providing updates to cross-functional teams to ensure alignment

    • Identifying and investigating potential issues during the product lifecycle

    • Performing root cause analysis and recommending solutions

    • Ensuring timely implementation of solutions and communicating updates to stakeholders

    Develops, monitors, and manages product specifications throughout the product lifecycle to ensure quality and member needs are met by:

    • Collaborating with internal and external partners to determine product needs

    • Conducting industry benchmarking to identify trends and specifications

    • Reviewing and managing sample assortments and product specifications

    • Submitting components for approval and providing development reports

    • Performing in-store visual reviews and evaluating products against specifications

    Directs implementation of department objectives related to product strategies by:

    • Conducting research to understand current and future member needs

    • Analyzing data to assess business impact

    • Streamlining product development and delivery processes

    • Aggregating research for business intelligence and benchmarking industry trends

    • Communicating protocols and making recommendations to senior leaders

    Ensures product alignment with merchandising strategies by:

    • Guiding creative direction for new products

    • Collaborating with merchants on product strategies

    • Tracking performance metrics and evaluating the product lifecycle

    • Resolving issues to minimize business disruption and ensure timely delivery

    Drives execution of multiple business plans and projects by:

    • Identifying member and operational needs

    • Developing and communicating business priorities

    • Removing performance barriers and providing resources

    • Measuring progress and adjusting as needed

    • Supporting continuous learning and adaptability

    Promotes and supports company values by:

    • Training others on policies, procedures, and ethical standards

    • Ensuring compliance and supporting the Open Door Policy

    Ensures business needs are met by:

    • Evaluating the effectiveness of current plans and initiatives

    • Consulting with stakeholders and applying suggestions for improvement

    • Participating in community outreach events
