NEOTech is hiring an RMA/MRB Coordinator. The job is onsite and based in Fremont, CA.
The salary range is $28 - $30 per hour. Wage to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the candidate, and alignment with market data.

Summary
The RMA/MRB Coordinator is responsible for efficiently managing the processes of returning materials, reviewing non-compliant materials, and administering technical and quality documentation. This role ensures compliance with internal and external standards, contributing to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. This position will also have document control responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Provide the RMA (Return Material Authorization) • Receive, record, and follow up on material return requests. • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve RMA cases. • Document and analyze causes of returns to prevent recurrence. • Maintain accurate records in the ERP system. • Ability to interpret basic specifications and customer drawings. • Knowledge of measuring and inspection equipment. • MRB (Material Review Board) • Coordinate review meetings for non-conforming materials. • Document decisions on material disposal: reprocessing, conditional use, or rejection. • Collaborate with quality, engineering, and production to implement corrective actions. • Generate non-conformance metric reports. • Ability to interpret basic specifications and customer drawings. • Knowledge of measurement and inspection equipment
• Document Control • Manage the document control system (manuals, procedures, records). • Ensure the correct version, distribution, and archiving of documents. • Support internal and external audits by providing up-to-date documentation. • Train staff in the use of the document system.
• Average RMA resolution time. • Percentage of non-compliant materials handled correctly. Level of compliance in document audits.
Qualifications
Education/Experience • Education: Technician or professional in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in similar roles in the manufacturing industry. • Knowledge: • ISO 9001 standards or other quality-related standards. • ERP systems and document control software. • Manufacturing processes and quality management. • Skills: • Organization and attention to detail. • Effective communication. • Teamwork and problem solving.
