Job Description:

1st Shift Position Part Time - Pending Hours from HM/some flexibility

Location - 3115 River Rd, Buffalo, New York - Local Travel requirements

1st Shift Position - 4 am to 12:30 pm w/some flexibility

This role involves conducting inspections and tests to ensure compliance with contracts, client requirements, and standards. Responsibilities include validating certifications, using inspection tools, and analyzing data. The position also involves training others, participating and reporting on activities. A high school diploma and 2-3 years of **inspection experience are required,** with preferred qualifications including a high level of GD&T understanding.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducts tests, inspections, audits and validations to ensure process compliance with contracts, our client and group requirements and specifications for design, engineering, products, equipment, maintenance and services.

• Uses and cares for inspection tools, measuring and test equipment.

• Conducts sampling inspections in accordance with approved plans and procedures.

• Provides training and tutoring to other inspection personnel.

• Provides activity and status reports to management.

• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Required Skills • Familiar with material and product certifications

Required Education • High school diploma or equivalent required plus 3 years of relevant experience.

Required Years of Experience • 2-3 years inspection role.

Desired Skills • GD&T Qualification

• Basic understanding of inspection tools i.e. caliper thread and plug gages.

Additional Information Contract to hire based on worker performance, attendance and business needs.
