• Electro-Mechanical Assembler Shift 1

    Duration: 12 months contract

    Job Description:

    + The role focuses on electrical assembly tasks involving the use of various tools and equipment in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

    Responsibilities:

    + Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment (e.g., soldering irons, crimping tools, multimeters) for electrical assembly.

    + Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.

    + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines.

    + Communicate effectively with colleagues and senior assemblers to ensure efficient assembly processes.

    Experience:

    + Typically requires a minimum of 4–6 years of related experience.

    + Experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or related fields.

    + Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.

    Skills:

    + Basic knowledge of electrical components and assembly techniques.

    + Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.

    + Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment (e.g., multimeter, oscilloscope, soldering iron).

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.

    + Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small components.

    + Effective team player with strong communication skills.

    + Willingness to learn, take on new responsibilities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

    + Basic knowledge of soldering techniques and wiring standards.

    + Familiarity with testing and diagnostic equipment.

    + Knowledge of safety protocols related to electrical assembly.

    Education:

    + High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
