Duration: 06 months contract

Job Description:

+ Design learning solutions that close knowledge and skill gaps and that improve individual and organizational performance.

+ Build training resources in support of process and system changes and skill development workshops.

+ Design and develop eLearning courses, slide decks, participant guides, learning activities, newsletter issues, and other similar learning resources.

+ Partner with subject matter experts to build training materials and update existing eLearning.

+ Lead instructional design projects with stakeholders to completion.

+ Maintain our eLearning library, updating courses as needed in our learning management system. Support the facilitation of live courses.

Responsibilities:

+ Knowledge of learning design principles, Strong communication skills, Excellent project management capabilities, strong conceptual abilities, and strong team orientation.

Experience:

+ 3-5 years of training/instructional design or related experience. Experience with Articulate 360 or similar learning design software.

Skills:

+ Ability to create learning resources efficiently (eLearning modules, guides, slide decks, etc)

+ Strong written communication skills

+ Project management skills – ability to track and bring to completion multiple simultaneous projects

+ Knowledge and experience of Articulate 360 or similar eLearning authoring software

Education:

+ BA/BS required.
