IT Consulting Sales/ JR Account Manager
HTC Global Services, we’re a IT services leader that combines global scale with agility and adaptability. As a Junior Account Leader (JAL), you’ll join our Sales Leadership Development Program designed to groom high-potential talent into future Account Executives.
This program is built for recent MBA graduates (with a business or technical background) or those just starting their career in IT Sales and Account Management who want to pivot & grow their career in IT Consulting Sales. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to pipeline building, client engagement, and consultative sales — all while working directly with BU heads and senior sales leaders.
What You’ll Do
+ Generate Pipeline → Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients through outreach, networking, and industry events.
+ Build Relationships → Learn how to identify customer pain points, provide solutions, and develop trusted partnerships.
+ Support Sales Process → Assist with proposals, presentations, and RFP responses; track opportunities in CRM.
+ Collaborate & Learn → Partner with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams while completing structured training on solutions, industries, and sales methodologies.
+ Shadow & Grow → Join client meetings, role-play scenarios, and live deal pursuits under the mentorship of senior leaders.

What We’re Looking For
+ Bright, eager talent who can quickly adapt, learn and grow into IT Sales and Account Management
+ MBA or Master’s in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
+ 0–2 years of sales or business development experience (IT/Tech preferred).
+ Grow your career within Industries Verticals: Public Sector, Higher Education, Banking/Finance/Insurance, Automotive & Manufacturing or Consumer Services
+ Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
+ Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
+ Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools a plus.
