Key Responsibilities

+ Design and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems

+ Support Floor-to-Floor (FTF) measurement and PPAP documentation

+ Collaborate with designers to optimize product manufacturability

+ Conduct engineering inspections and recommend improvements

+ Analyze data and identify process enhancements

+ Manage small-scale projects within established frameworks

+ Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers under contract plans

+ Contribute to product development and internal client relationships

+ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

+ Support knowledge sharing and continuous learning initiatives

• What You Bring

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent

+ 5–6 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering

+ Strong skills in engineering design, development, and specification

+ Experience in project scheduling, costing, and budgeting

+ Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance

+ Familiarity with lean principles and change management tools

+ CNC , Machining process experience
