The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for an Agile Project Manager (ServiceNow) to support our DoD customer to implement an Enterprise IT Service Management Tool and delivery model that provides consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services to enable mission success and improve end user experience across the customer environment. On this program, CACI will deliver capabilities and services to implement and operate an Enterprise ITSM solution in ServiceNow to enable the DoD customer to transition from legacy systems to a modern infrastructure.
(This position can be fully remote or hybrid with on-site 2-3 days in Chantilly, VA)
Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and direct activities of a cross-functional technical team to for the delivery of large-scale software development products according to the Agile methodology.
• Oversee projects from identification of requirements, analysis and design, development, end-user testing, deployment, and production support.
• Establish strong partnerships with project sponsors and stakeholders.
• Create and manage detailed project schedules to define and schedule all tasks and dependencies for successful project delivery.
• Create and manage project artifacts and customer deliverables.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure adherence to the customer’s Systems Engineering Life Cycle through all project phases.
Qualifications** **:
_Required_** **:
• Current Secret Security Clearance (highly desired) or the ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance
• Experience leading matrixed organizations to bring enterprise scale solutions (e.g. ITaaS, SaaS, PaaS) to the DoD.
• 15+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience).
• Ability to work independently with little direction and management oversight.
• Ability to lead in a fast-moving environment to implement on time and on schedule.
• Experience delivering solutions according to the Agile methodology.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Scrum Master or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certification
• Experience using Microsoft Project to build detailed project schedules
**_Desired_** :
• Experience leading ServiceNow Development projects.
• Experience leading Development projects for the federal government.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$105,100-$231,100
