    As a **Photolithography Process Engineer** at Micron Technology, Inc. (Semiconductor Manufacturing), you will be part of a high-impact team focused on developing and optimizing photolithography processes to improve product quality, reliability, and yield. You will work closely with process and equipment engineers to resolve manufacturing challenges, reduce costs, and drive productivity improvements. This role involves applying advanced methodologies such as failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, and SPC, qualifying new materials and equipment, and collaborating with suppliers to meet quality and risk management goals.

    Responsibilities:

    + Develop and optimize photolithography process conditions and technologies to improve yield and reduce cost.

    + Trouble-shoot wafer fabrication issues and perform root cause analysis using data-driven methods.

    + Evaluate and qualify new equipment, materials, and process baselines.

    + Collaborate with multi-functional teams to resolve process deviations and improve efficiency.

    + Conduct long-term investigations into defect issues and support shift engineering efforts.

    + Maximize yield through recipe optimization and process control.

    + Identify opportunities for automation and waste elimination using RPA tools.

    + Ensure products meet design and performance specifications through rigorous evaluation.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field) or equivalent experience.

    + 3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.

    + Experience with SPC and data analysis tools.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + 3+ years of process engineering experience, specifically in photolithography.

    + Experience with robotic process automation (RPA), and Python.

    + Hands-on experience with TEL and ASML equipment a plus.
