Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking an **EHS Specialist** for a direct-hire (permanent) position with one of our partners in the Fort Dodge, IA area.

This role offers the opportunity to support daily HSE operations, lead safety initiatives, and foster a culture of compliance and continuous improvement within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

Health, Safety & Environment Specialist – Direct Hire (Permanent)

**Schedule:** Full-time, onsite in Fort Dodge, IA

**Compensation:** $65,000 – $75,000 annually

Your Impact

+ Support daily management and administration of the Health, Safety & Environment Management System

+ Implement and maintain HSE systems; contribute to audits and management reviews

+ Lead HSE-driven projects in collaboration with site leadership

+ Develop, implement, and maintain HSE documentation

+ Stay current with legislative and corporate HSE requirements, and help guide compliance across the facility

+ Support contractor and visitor safety management processes

+ Champion a positive safety culture at all organizational levels

+ Create and deliver HSE communications highlighting best practices

What You’ll Bring

Core Experience:

+ 1-2+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment (GMP-regulated industry preferred)

+ Experience managing or supporting safety programs in an industrial setting

+ Strong knowledge of safety and industrial hygiene practices (e.g., process evaluation, air sampling, noise monitoring)

+ Working understanding of factory processes and technologies

+ Examples of success in managing conflict, developing and implementing programs, and learning from past experiences

Technical Qualifications (Preferred):

+ Associate’s degree in a related field, or equivalent relevant experience

+ One of the following certifications: CSP, ASP, CIH, GSP, or CHMM
