Candidate will perform a wide variety of tasks in a manufacturing/production environment, at our **McKinney, TX** location. The candidate will also be asked to have flexibility to work across shifts/off shift/ weekends as needed.

*Position is for 2nd Shift, at our McKinney, TX location.*

What You Will Do

+ Laying up and bagging pre-preg graphite and fiberglass composite materials.

+ Paint prep, masking, painting with HVLP equipment and PAPR respirator.

+ Operate a variety of process equipment including ovens and autoclaves.

+ Use basic hand tools as well as pneumatic and electric hand tools.

+ Perform repetitive tasks in accordance with established standards

+ Accomplish daily tasks with minimal supervision.

Qualifications You Must Have

+ Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience

+ Experience with composite pre-preg graphite and/or fiberglass materials including layup, vacuum bagging and/or secondary bonding skills.

+ Experience with reading blueprints and follow assembly instructions and shop process instructions.

+ Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

+ U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

+ Operate process equipment

+ Prep, mask and paint product with HVLP spray equipment

+ Ability to train and qualify on multiple processes.

+ Strong safety focus.

+ Positive attitude and teaming skills.

The salary range for this role is 50,000 USD - 100,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
