As a member of the Sikorsky International and Commercial Capture Management team, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our International Business and helping the capture organization achieve success in a dynamic and competitive landscape\. The Capture Lead will lead the proposal pursuit efforts to include Proposals, respond to all requests for information, and develop an executable Statement of Work and Specification\.

Duties include, but are not limited to the development and or approval of:

\- Pre\-Contract Processes

\- Proposal development

\- Proposal estimating

\- Contract negotiations

\- Gate Reviews \(Acquire Business\)

\- New business fund estimating and requests

\- Requests for Information \(RFIs\)

\- Contract Modifications / Amendments

\- Financial Exposure Authorization development and briefing

Basic Qualifications:

\-Strong leadership, business acumen, communication, critical project management skills, and strategic and tactical thinking

\-Flexibility to work multiple assignments in a fast paced environment

\-3\-5 Years prior capture and/or proposal process experience

\-Understanding of RMS Win Plan and key capture milestones

\-Experience in developing customer value propositions, Gate Reviews \(including EEP\), Win Strategies, PTW, and competitive intelligence

\-Bachelors Degree in a Business, Engineering, or other related field

\-Ability to lead a cross\-functional team as an informal leader

\*\*May need to work adjusted hours at times to support Customer engagements in Asia Pacific region\.

Desired Skills:

\-Familiarity with the DOD budgeting and acquisition process

\- Understanding of the export license management process

\-Familiarity with Capture Risk Based Assessments

\-Previous experience leading International FMS and DCS Captures

\-Understanding of the Sikorsky portfolio and customer landscape

\- Experience with New Business Funds management, Business Models, and the proposal estimating process

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
