NTT DATA Services currently seeks a IT Business Analyst - Performance & Optimization to join our team. This is a 100% remote role.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven IT Business Analyst to monitor, analyze, and improve the performance of IT services, systems, and resources. This role plays a key part in performance optimization initiatives by leveraging data analysis, dashboards, and process improvement strategies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, skilled in performance metrics, and passionate about contributing to an organization focused on enhancing the end-user experience through IT excellence.
This position requires the ability to work independently, interpret complex information, and recommend actionable improvements across various IT domains including applications, infrastructure, and business services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics across IT systems, applications, networks, and business services.
• Define and manage performance measures, benchmarks, and KPIs to assess IT effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports to present insights to leadership.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in IT processes and propose process improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to document workflows, evaluate system usage, and analyze incident trends.
• Support the organization in performance tuning, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting performance-related data for projects and services.
• Conduct root cause analysis on system or service-related issues and collaborate with stakeholders for resolution.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in problem analysis and process documentation, including business requirements gathering and workflow design.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (pivot tables, charts), Word, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting.
• 3+ years of experience in IT business analysis, including performance monitoring and metrics evaluation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1+ year of experience working with SQL for querying and analyzing data sets.
• 2+ years of experience analyzing and presenting complex data to technical and non-technical stakeholders using visual and narrative formats.
• 2+ years of experience applying analytical thinking and creative problem-solving in IT or operations environments.
• Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) or equivalent process improvement training is a plus.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is **($42.00-$45.00/hourly)** . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
