Job Description
Coordinates system wide resources to meet requested needs and facilitate access to Kaleida Health services. Plays a significant role in representing Kaleida Health in the community. Provides extraordinary customer service to all cases and identifies services and specialties along with location for patient.Provides private pay quotes to physician offices and/or patients. Works closely with the patient financial services team to ensure accurate quoting, billing and payment. Provides travel assistance to patients receiving services at KH transport shuttle service. Point-of-contact for all web-based service inquiries. Participates in leadership updates and provides feedback to service providers.Help implement and maintain improvements to the referral process Access Center. Supports Kaleida Health's Mission to advance the health care of the community and adheres to Kaleida values at all times.Specific responsibilities may vary depending upon incumbents department and/or patient needs.
Education And Credentials
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor or Science required.
Experience
3 years of experience in high volume patient facing position within last five years required. 2 years of experience in in a patient care or health insurance setting within the last four years required.

**Salary Range:** $24.35 -$33.48
