JOB SUMMARY AND PURPOSE
Under the direction of the Director of CQI and CQI Business Insights Manager, the Senior Business Process Analyst will review and evaluate assigned social service, programmatic, and corporate processes in order to devise best practices and support continuous improvement. This role will lead large-scale projects and provide mentorship, expertise, and guidance in review, assessment and development of systems, processes, and workflows. The Senior Analyst, with experience in social service delivery, shall evaluate selected existing processes and systems and work to identify required events, process sequencing, and workflows, then propose and facilitate improved processes. The senior role will work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify process needs and provide coaching and training opportunities for effective implementation and monitoring.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Analyze programs and corporate functions in order to determine the proper sequences of workflows to help facilitate processes as well as build up capacity for program and overall corporate function.
+ Assess for gaps and opportunities for improvement in processes.
+ Share subject-matter expertise by providing guidance and mentorship to the business team, CQI department, and organization.
+ Lead larger projects on the development and implementation of systems and processes.
+ Build workflows and create connections between software through APIs using SQL
+ Obtain broad knowledge of program contracts and grants and their requirements and ensure processes meet requirements and standards.
+ Support, coach, and train programs, VOALA staff, and affiliates as they implement improved processes.
+ Create and maintain databases and systems intended for process improvement.
+ Other duties as may be assigned by Director of CQI.

Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
+ Must be able to pass a fingerprint clearance, background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications
EDUCATION:
+ Bachelor-s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience (4 years of relevant experience / coursework)
EXPERIENCE:
+ 5 years- experience in data analysis or quality assurance in a business setting (public or non-profit)
+ 3 years- experience in database operations/management
+ 2 years- experience serving non-profit organizations
