Job Summary and Qualifications
The Consulting Product Analyst drives innovation in healthcare technology by analyzing business systems, eliciting requirements, and guiding the development of effective solution.
+ Support strategic and operational initiatives for HCA’s Costing, Analytics, and Pricing Services.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
+ Lead and support complex projects, often guiding other analysts
+ Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications
+ Understand and interpret business area supported to assist in developing product roadmap and strategy
+ Facilitate and document requirement gathering meetings with business users
+ Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups
+ Provide expertise in process design and provide leadership in communicating requirements to product development, testing, and education/training
+ Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
+ Participate in the sprint management process, and execute on assigned responsibilities
+ Participate in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality
+ Support application training documentation creation
+ Direct quality measures for department deliverables
+ Build strong relationships within the department and company, including business owners
+ Participate in the day-to-day support and operational activities
+ Thoroughly understand assigned Business applications and user impact
+ Drive continuous improvement in analysis tools and templates
+ Performs other duties as assigned

What qualifications you will need:
+ Bachelor's in Business Administration preferred
+ Seven or more years of relevant work experience
