    Job Description

    This role is a key member of the Strategy and Administration team within Marketing, Analytics and Customer Experience (MACX). The position offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional projects and support departmental initiatives across the MACX organization including (but not limited to): managing and maintaining MACX SharePoint content, coordinating submissions to the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Center of Excellence, tracking status updates for AI and transformation projects, tracking current and future project pipeline and driving process improvement initiatives.

     

    Participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects. Assigned projects may be general or systems related in nature. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs. Participates in training users and evaluating the project. Manages performance of the project team and evaluates overall team performance.

    Basic Qualifications

    - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

     

    - Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities

    Preferred Skills/Experience

    - Considerable knowledge of assigned business line or functional area

     

    - Demonstrated management and leadership skills

     

    - Strong organizational and analytical skills

     

    - Advanced knowledge of project management

     

    - Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data

     

    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

     

    - Master's degree preferred

     

    _The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days._

    The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00
