Job Summary:

Manages real estate planning activities for North Carolina Children’s. Responsibilities include participating in and managing end user design meetings, and monitoring and reporting program development progress to ensure fulfillment of the NCC campus objectives. This position also oversees campus activation and will be integral in ensuring a seamless transition from construction completion to Go Live.

Description of Job Responsibilities:

1. Analyzes and resolves complex issues for the NCC Real Estate Team to maximize efficiency, particularly as it relates to campus planning, design and activation. Ensures all proper internal controls are in place and to the satisfaction of internal and external regulatory requirements.

2. Works with team members and leaders to identify and analyze opportunities for improvement. Implements processes to ensure the appropriate standards are in place to support patient care or administrative activities and to create optimal solutions.

3. Provides analytical and strategy support for the NCC Real Estate team. Performs analytics, provides business insight into implications of findings, develops business plans, and recommends opportunities for improvement.

4. Plans, coordinates and administers activities for the NCC Real Estate team to include developing, implementing, and administering related procedures, processes, services and systems. Represents NCC in end user design meetings and ensures adherence to meeting objectives.

5. Interfaces with broad stakeholder groups to effectively communicate NCC campus goals and strategies. Successfully elicits support and provides assistance implementing those strategies.

6. Supports a high performing team culture of collaboration, mutual respect and accountability.

• No licensure or certification required.

Professional Experience Requirements:

• Five (5) years of program/project management experience required.
