Job Description

The Premium Bar Supervisor supports the Premium Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations within Frost Bank Center. This role serves as the direct assistant to the Premium Bar Manager, ensuring smooth communication between management, bartenders, and warehouse staff. The Supervisor helps maintain service standards, monitors inventory, and provides leadership support to the bar team.

Job Responsibilities

Assist the Premium Bar Manager, supporting all aspects of premium bar operations.

Brief bartenders prior to each event on service standards, product knowledge, and policies.

Serve as the point of communication between the Premium Bar Manager, Warehouse Manager, and bartenders.

Assist with bar inventory, including daily counts and end-of-month reconciliation.

Ensure compliance with TABC laws and company alcohol policies.

Support bartenders with product knowledge, troubleshooting, and guest service needs.

Maintain accurate records of bar operations and inventory.

Promote teamwork, professionalism, and clear communication across all premium bar staff.

May perform cashier duties as the need arises.

Promote good public relations.

Qualifications

+ Bartending experience with strong knowledge of TABC regulations.

+ Excellent communication and leadership skills.

+ Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.

+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

+ Collaborative mindset with the ability to act as a liaison between management and staff.
